Cason and I went to a birthday party at the park on Friday. It was freezing but we still had fun. Cason tried out the park swings for the first time. He liked it but I think he was just cold.
Cason has learned how to turn out the lights in his room by standing on his changing table. Now every time we're done changing him, he pulls up and turns out the lights. And if you turn them back on, he'll turn them right back out lol
Friday night, Alex's cousin and his wife came over and I made homemade pizza!! It was pretty good!! Didn't help my diet but I think it was worth it! ;). We had a fun weekend. We went to the temple Saturday and watched a movie Saturday night. Here are some pics of the pizza!
Cason and Daddy played! Alex was so sweet to let me sleep in today. He fed Cason breakfast and had some father-son time playing on the couch cushions. Alex also discovered a new trick Cason can do. He is able to climb from the floor to the couch when it doesn't have cushions on it! Crazy boy! :). They had a lot of fun and I was able to catch up on my sleep! I'm so grateful for my two sweet boys!
Cason Cameron Alvis was born on April 21, 2011. He is almost 10 months old now! He is so active and fun and happy! He is now able to pull up on things and walk around while holding onto something. I think he'll be getting ready to walk pretty soon!
I've decided to start blogging again! Alex's family and my sister and her new husband live too far away to keep up with Cason every day so I am going to try to keep them updated through here :). I also discovered that blogger has an app for my iPhone! So it will be so much easier to blog now! :)
My husband, Alex, and I got married on May 30, 2009 in the Houston, Tx temple. On April 21, 2011, we had our first little one. His name is Cason Cameron. He has such a sweet personality and we could not love him more! We both love being parents and watching him grow and learn new things. Alex works in a drafting department doing document control. He will be moving up to drafting pretty soon. I am a stay-at-home mom and I love it. I am so blessed to be able to stay at home and take care of my little guy. :)
